2. Call for Artists
   

4. The Westfield Public Arts Commission (WPAC) is pleased to announce the Third Annual Through the Lens Photography Exhibit. This year's theme is "Movement"  Artists are encouraged to explore photographically what movement looks like through their eyes and the camera lens, and are invited to use their own creative interpretation of the theme. The WPAC will select photographs to be displayed in Downtown Westfield. The deadline for submissions is April 30, 2023.

   WPAC Photo Exhibit Guidelines:

   • All ages may submit up to 5 photographic images. 
   • Photographs may be black-and-white or color.
   • Photographs must be submitted digitally by April 30, 2023, in high resolution format by using the submission form.
   • Participants in the Call must confirm they are submitting their own image and the entry does not infringe the privacy, copyright, or any other rights of any person or entity.
   • Participant guarantees the consent of all people who appear in submitted images (the legal guardian in case of children).
   • By participating, all works may be reproduced by the WPAC in any of its publications, website, social media, and promo use before, during, and after without any restriction in relation to aforementioned uses
   • WPAC will hold a sale of the photographs at the end of the exhibition to raise funds for future WPAC projects.
