Juvenile & Community Policing Bureau
The Juvenile & Community Policing Bureau will seek to focus its efforts on ensuring the safety and well-being of Westfield’s most vulnerable populations (juveniles, senior citizens and those with special needs), but will also endeavor to build strong working relationships and partnerships with all segments of the community. This will be accomplished by these officers dedicating themselves to making public appearances, delivering custom-created educational programs and by planning, promoting and engaging in various community policing initiatives.
Sergeant Lauren Maloney is hereby designated as the Detective Sergeant supervisor of the Juvenile & Community Policing Bureau. She will report directly to the Detective Lieutenant, commander of the Investigations Division.
Detective Elizabeth Savnik is hereby designated as the Detective assigned to the Juvenile & Community Policing Bureau. She will report directly to Detective Sergeant Maloney, supervisor of the Juvenile & Community Policing Bureau.
