Master Plan Amendment to the 2009 Land Use Element

The Municipal Land Use Law (MLUL), NJ.S.A. 40:55D-62a, requires every municipality with a zoning ordinance to adopt a master plan containing at least a land-use plan element and housing plan element. The Town of Westfield Planning Board adopted its current Master Plan on October 7, 2002. Subsequently, the Board amended and re-adopted the Land Use Element of the Master Plan in October 2005.
